1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls\r\n2. Update information on EPOS accurately and in required detail\r\n3. Record all call information according to standard operating procedures. Ensure customer contact number and name are updated on each call.\r\n4. Open tickets and assign to techs/TLs or Support Liaison team as required and instructed.\r\n5. Provide customers with accurate technical and other details\r\n6. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.\r\n7. Escalate calls when needed to relevant managers\r\n8. Complete First Level Maintenance (FLM) for all inbound and outbound maintenance calls.
